We set a realistic minimum and back it with our commission.

We agree a guaranteed minimum monthly income for your property in South Tenerife (e.g. €800).

Full transparency
Airbnb and Booking pay you directly. We invoice our 18% at month end.

Automatic commission reduction
Slow month? We cut our commission (down to 0%) so you still get the minimum.
A simple example:
Your agreed minimum is €800. One month, bookings generate €900 gross:
- ✗With standard commission (18%): you'd keep €738 — below your minimum.
- ✓Our protection: we cut our commission from 18% (€162) to €100 — 11.1% of the gross — so you receive exactly the €800 agreed.
The guarantee applies whenever gross income exceeds the agreed minimum.
